Shipping fees are calculated on a per-product basis at checkout. Rates are based on the size and weight of each item and will be displayed before you complete your payment. There are no hidden fees—you will see the full shipping cost before confirming your order.

Processing Time

Our products are handcrafted with care. Standard items typically ship within 3–5 business days of your order being placed. Custom and engraved orders may require additional time, typically 7–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We use USPS and UPS to deliver our products, depending on the size and weight of the item. The carrier will be selected at the time of shipment to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing time, please contact us.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage to help us assess the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Sales Tax

Maryland state sales tax of 6% is applied to all orders shipping to Maryland addresses, in accordance with state law.
