Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review the guidelines below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for Luhnberjack products.
Standard Products
Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Custom & Engraved Orders
All custom and engraved orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Because these items are personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective in craftsmanship or materials.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item. For confirmed defective items, Luhnberjack will cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The same return conditions apply—items must be unused and in original condition.
